We use it in our lab. Actually it was working well both cool and speed. The display is disappeared when it was working one day. We have changed the power supply-AC-DC converter ( check Pic 3), it worked again. But after worked several times, the display screen is disappeared again.
This item is powered on, but only heard a sound, no display. 
 
DO NOT want repair it again. This item sale it as is, no return!
